This is a project that few will ever see, but many will ultimately taste the results of our hard work.  The service bar and kitchen is located behind the scenes; where casino guests are not permitted, but many plates and drinks are prepared here.  After many years, this kitchen and service bar had done its duty and earned a complete top to bottom renovation.

The main highlights included:

• Rerouted plumbing to accommodate new layout
• Relocation of commercial kitchen equipment
• Relocation of electrical to accommodate new kitchen plan
• Installation of new epoxy flooring
